It is of great importance to hold space for marginalized communit ies\, but it is an imperative to assure LGBTIQ folks are part of the chang e\, raising their voices and leading the change as they see and need it.\n Questioning and discussing inclusion vs. participation\, at this panel\, w e’ll discuss how nightlife environments can be transformed when they are liberated from the gender binary\, and when they are more diverse and inc lusive\, focusing on meaningful participation.
